*1 The provider pack is for customers applying for “FLET'S HIKARI” and “Provider Service” together as a pack. FLET'S HIKARI is the service provided by a contract with NTT EAST, and the Provider Service is the service provided by a contract with a provider. There are 10 providers that can be selected for use with the provider pack with NTT EAST. For details, see here.

*2 If customers purchase compatible equipment, compatible equipment rental charges are not required.

*3 Video is provided as an optional service (PPV, PPD).

*4 Karaoke is provided as an optional service (PPD). * The day the customer receives the compatible equipment is considered the day the customer starts using the service.

* A processing fee (U-NEXT Monthly Charge and one month rental charge of ¥ 500 per month (tax included) for renting compatible equipment) will apply if the customer cancels the service in the month they start using the service.

* A fee of ¥2,100 (tax included) for collecting compatible equipment will be charged when cancelling rental of compatible equipment.

* If compatible equipment is not returned upon canceling the compatible equipment rental contract, a penalty of ¥ 31,500 (tax excluded) will apply.

* Monthly charges and rental charges for renting compatible equipment will apply from the month after the month you start using the service.

* Charges apply from the month you start using the service for charges for optional services (PPV, PPD) used in the month you start using the service, and charges for number of videos viewed with the Mihodai Double Pack.

* The charges above are an example of where the internet is used in addition to U-NEXT.

* With PPV service, you can buy each of the contents you want to watch.With PPD service,you can watch Mihodai Video Service (including karaoke) for a certain period,not including PPV.

* Separate charges apply if using PPV or PPD.

<About Mihodai Double Pack>

* View the same content (applies to Mihodai videos and karaoke) any number of times for a single view charge if viewed within 6 hours of the first view. Videos viewed after 6 hours of the first view will be counted as a second view.

*These charges apply to subscribers who apply for compatible equipment with a new the U-NEXT Mihodai Double Pack before February 29,2012 and start using the service before the end of the third month after the month an application is made.Monthly charges and rental charges for renting compatible equipment will apply from the month after the month you start using the service. Charges apply from the month you start using the service for charges for optional services (PPV, PPD) used in the month you start using the service, and charges for number of videos viewed with the Mihodai Double Pack.

The Basic Channel Pack is exempt from this campaign.

About the campaign
for the Video Mihodai Pack, NEXT x USEN Value Pack and USEN Channel Pack

This campaign requires that the service be used continuously during the required period (12 months from the month after the subscriber starts using the service). Please note that if the service is canceled during this continuous service period, a fee of 10,000 yen (tax excluded) will be charged.

* This campaign applies to subscribers who apply for a new U-NEXT Video Mihodai Pack, NEXTxUSEN Value Pack, or USEN Channel Pack with rented compatible equipment by February 29,2012, and start using the service before the end of the third month after the month an application is submitted.

* Ownership of the compatible equipment is transferred to the subscriber at the end of the continuous service period. Compatible equipment must be returned if the service is canceled during the continuous service period. In this case, a fee of 2,100 yen (tax included) will be charged for collecting compatible equipment.

* The 2,000 PPV points will be provided at the start of the 4th month including the month that the subscriber starts using the service.

* Monthly charges will apply starting two months after the month of the day that the customer receives delivery of the compatible equipment.

* Monthly charges (including rental charges for compatible equipment) will automatically apply starting two months after the month of the day that the customer receives delivery of the compatible equipment.

<About pack that the campaign does not apply to>

* The Basic Channel Pack is exempt from this Special Promotion.
