Charges

♦ Initial Expenses

The following is an example of charges that apply. Individual customer charges may differ with TV equipment and installation conditions at your residence.
If applying for FLET'S HIKARI + Provider Service and FLET'S TV packIf applying for the FLET'S TV service only

*1 These charges are for subscribers who apply for a new “FLET'S HIKARI” service and “FLET'S TV” service at the same time between October 1,2011 to February 29,2012, and start using the services by August 31,2012.The campaign period may be extended. Separate installation charges may apply depending on the work required.

*2 The “FLET'S HIKARI Special Promotion” is only applicable under the condition that the customer uses the FLET'S HIKARI service continuously for the minimum usage period (24 months). If the customer cancels the "FLET'S HIKARI" service within the minimum usage period due to their own circumstances, they will be required to pay ¥ 8,400 (tax included) to NTT EAST as part of “FLET'S HIKARI” Initial Installation Charges (this charge may differ if the customer reuses wiring equipment within the unit. This charge does not applicable if the customer moves to an area not serviced FLET'S HIKARI [including if the customer moves to an area serviced by NTT WEST]). There are plans available that do not have any minimum usage periods, but this campaign is not available with these plans. For details, contact NTT EAST. If you are a customer who used previous free or discounted campaign by NTT EAST, you may not be eligible for these charges.

*3 These special bonus charges apply to subscribers who apply for "FLET'S TV" between October 1,2011 and March 31,2012 and start using the service by September 30,2012. If you are a customer who used previous free or discounted special promotions, you may not be eligible for these charges.

*4 Single cable installation includes connection of the optical network unit (ONU) for video and 1 TV, as well as completing settings for the TV and other devices.(In general, installation is limited to residences with an existing TV.)

*5 Shared connection point installation includes connection of the optical network unit (ONU) for video and shared connection point in the customer's residence, and up to 4 TVs, as well as completing settings for the TVs and other devices.

* Restoration work after cancellation of the FLET'S TV contract is not conducted.

♦ Examples of where optional installation are required

*5 Connects the TV terminal in the customer's room and the TV or other devices used to view terrestrial digital broadcasts or BS digital broadcasts.

*6 Replacement of the TV terminal in the customer's room or the coaxial connector, or new installation of coaxial cord/coaxial cable. Installation will be conducted after providing an explanation to the customer on the day of installation. For details, contact the installation supervisor.

* Antenna removal work and restoration work after cancellation of the FLET’S TV contract is not conducted.

♦ Monthly Charges

* The charges above are an example of using the internet in addition to FLET'S TV.

* The “FLET'S TV Monthly Charge” includes the ¥ 210 (tax included)/month Opticast equipment usage charge. Does not include NHK reception charges.

*1 The provider pack is for customers applying for “FLET'S HIKARI” and “Provider Service” together as a pack. The “Provider Monthly Charge” and “FLET'S HIKARI Monthly Charge etc” will be invoiced by each provider. There are 10 providers that can be selected for use with the provider pack with NTT EAST. - FLET'S TV usage charge (include Opticast equipment usage charge), FLET'S TV connection service installation charge and interior coaxial wiring installation charge will be invoiced by NTT EAST. The Opticast equipment registration charge will be invoiced by Opticast Inc.
