<HIKARI DENWA Usage Conditions>
- A FLET'S HIKARI contract (contract charges, installation charges and monthly charges apply) is required to use the HIKARI DENWA service.
- If a HIKARI DENWA Router (Wireless LAN Type) is used, a separate monthly use charge of 315 yen (tax included) is required.
*1 Applies to calls to NTT EAST/NTT WEST subscribed lines, INS Net and HIKARI DENWA (calls to cell phones do not apply). Call charges included in the Monthly Charge are calculated based on 8.4 yen (tax included) per 3 minutes for voice calls, 15.75 yen (tax included) per 3 minutes for Videophone calls up to 2.6Mbps bandwidth usage, and 105 yen (tax included) per 3 minutes for Videophone calls that exceed 2.6Mbps bandwidth usage, and apply from the month after the subscriber starts using the service. Call charges for calls that exceed the calls included in the Motto Anshin Plan and Anshin Plan are 7.56 yen (tax included) per 3 minutes for voice calls, 14.175 yen (tax included) per 3 minutes for Videophone calls up to 2.6Mbps bandwidth usage, and 94.5 yen (tax included) per 3 minutes for Videophone calls that exceed 2.6Mbps bandwidth usage.
*2 Only applies to subscribers connecting to the with a VDSL System or LAN Wiring System and if they use the rental HIKARI DENWA router provided by NTT EAST.
*3 If minutes are unused at the end of the following month, they will expire. Minutes cannot be carried over to the following month on the Motto Anshin Plan and Anshin Plan.
* If HIKARI DENWA A (Ace), Motto Anshin Plan, or Anshin Plan are selected when signing up for a new HIKARI DENWA contract, or if the subscriber changes plan after they start using HIKARI DENWA, the changes will apply from the month that follows the month that includes the day that the subscriber starts using the HIKARI DENWA service or the day that NTT EAST approves the application for the plan change. If the subscriber changes plan or cancels the HIKARI DENWA service, they will be charged 1,071 yen (tax included) that excludes call charges of 504 yen (tax included) if they are using the HIKARI DENWA A (Ace) plan, or the 525 yen (tax included) equivalent to the basic plan on a pro-rate for the Motto Anshin Plan or Anshin Plan.
* Separate usage charges are required to use the additional services.
* The HIKARI DENWA router may be included with the Optical network unit or VDSL Residential Device. Even with an all-in-one unit, subscribers with Mansion-Type systems (VDSL System or LAN Wiring System) will be charged a HIKARI DENWA router use charge of 472.5 yen (tax included)/month if they use the rental HIKARI DENWA router provided by NTT EAST (not required with Optical Wiring System).
* In addition to the charges above, there is a universal service charge of 5.25 yen (tax included) per month on each phone number.
[Universal service charges]
This charge is used to maintain universal services such as subscriber lines, public phones, and the emergency call system throughout Japan. This charge is the same as the expense per phone number (unit price) determined by the universal service support organization. [Usage Precautions for Additional Services]
*1 To use the "Caller ID Display (Number Display)" service, you need to have a number display-compatible phone.
*2 To use the "Anonymous Call Rejection (Number Request)" service, you need to subscribe to the Number Display service.
*3 It is not possible to subscribe to Call Waiting (Catch Phone) together with Double Channel or Video Phone Connection at the same time with B FLET'S HIKARI DENWA.
*4 It is not possible to subscribe to the "FAX Notification" service and the "Voice Warp" service under the same phone number.
*5 If you subscribe to additional phone number service "My Number", you can select the "Individual contract" with "Nuisance Call List" for each desired number or the "Common Contract" with all numbers listed in a common "Nuisance Call List".

If you use only one number "Nuisance Call List": The amount in case of individual contract will be 200 yen x 1 List = 200 yen/month
If you use a "Nuisance Call List" for each of the two numbers: The amount in case of individual contract will be 200 yen x 2 Lists = 400 yen/month
If you use a common "Nuisance Call List" for 2 numbers: The amount in case of common contract will be 200 yen x 1 List = 200 yen/month

[Additional Service Discount Set]
You can use three additional services from the discount set for ¥800 (¥840 tax included) per month.* If you use four or more additional services, the three most expensive services will be selected automatically for the discount set.
