The following table shows the installation charges related to the HIKARI DENWA service.If you are applying for a new FLET'S HIKARI contract, separate FLET'S HIKARI startup charges are required.

* This offer is for subscribers who apply for a new HIKARI DENWA or shift to the HIKARI DENWA service by February 29,2012 and start using the service by August 31,2012.
The basic installation charges must be paid. However if the installation is completed at the same time with FLET'S HIKARI, the basic installation charge for HIKARI DENWA and the basic installation charge for the subscriber lines will apply at a reduced rate.
Details of the Basic Installation Charge for HIKARI DENWA
- When NTT EAST visits your home to install:4,500 yen (4,725 yen tax included)
- When NTT EAST does not visit your home: 1,000 yen (1,050 yen tax included)
*1 Installation charges for subscribers who use HIKARI DENWA with FLET'S HIKARI NEXT but have not used the Videophone service or the High Quality Phone Call service by May 31,2010.
*2 The switchboard installation charge will be reduced if it is installed at the same time as the HIKARI DENWA
*3 Installation charges for subscribers who use HIKARI DENWA with B FLET'S. To use the Videophone service, subscribers must sign up separately.
*4 These charges will apply if you suspend the subscriber lines and use the same phone number for the HIKARI DENWA. The installation charges of 1000 yen (1050 yen tax included) are separately required when you suspend the subscriber lines.
*5 The HIKARI DENWA compatible equipment (router) is installed and the provider connection is setup for the HIKARI DENWA compatible equipment. A separate charge of 3000 yen (3150 yen tax included) per PC is required to setup the browser and e-mail in the PC connected with the LAN cable or wireless LAN in the HIKARI DENWA compatible equipment.
Further, the subscriber should make arrangements for the LAN cable used between the HIKARI DENWA compatible equipment (router) and PC section.
