*B FLET'S Hyper Family Type is closed to new applications as of Sunday, April 1, 2012 (excluding areas where B FLET'S is available through local government incentives). FLET'S HIKARI NEXT, which replaces it, will continue to be available for application.

Customers who apply for a new FLET'S HIKARI service during the Special Promotion period, and start using the service by November 30,2012.

* The Special Promotion is not for customers who apply for a change of plan, nor for special plan charges for schools.

<Notes regarding the free period>

* Areas supported by NTT EAST branches may differ to ordinary governmental regions. (Eg.) Even if the area that the FLET'S HIKARI is going to be used in is listed as "Saitama Prefecture", campaigns provided by the "Gunma Branch" may be applied.

* In all areas of Menumakojima, Kumagaya-shi, parts of Kazo-shi, and parts of Kamikawa-machi, Kodama-gun in Saitama Prefecture, the period of Free Monthly Charge is one month for FLET'S HIKARI Mansion Type services as well.

* The Initial Installation Charge is free if we reuse the wiring etc. in your home, and you install the optical network unit yourself (free installation charges: Basic Installation Charge and Switchboard Installation Charge).

* Separate installation charges may apply depending on the work required (Eg: Depending on the status of the equipment in the building, installation of additional internal wiring may be required for Mansion Type (VDSL System)).

* There is a separate Contract Charge ¥840 (tax included).

* "FLET'S HIKARI Special Promotion" has a 24 month minimum use period as a condition. If you cancel during this minimum use period due to your own circumstances, you must pay ¥8,400 (tax included) to NTT EAST as part of the initial installation charge discount [This penalty may differ if you reused cabling in your home. Also, this does not apply if you move outside areas served by FLET’S HIKARI (including if you move to an NTT WEST area)]. There are plans with no minimum use period, but not with this Special Promotion. Please contact NTT EAST for details.

* If you are a customer who was eligible for a previous Free or Discount Special Promotion by NTT EAST, you may not be eligible for the current Special Promotion Discount Campaign.

* FLET'S HIKARI "3 months or 1 month free" is available for customers who apply for a new "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT Family-High-speed Type, Family Type" or "B FLET'S Hyper Family Type," or "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT Mansion-High-speed Type" or "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT Mansion Type" or "B FLET'S Mansion Type".

* Connections with a PNA system is also applicable for the campaign.

* The FLET'S HIKARI "Free Monthly Charge" offer does not apply to FLET'S HIKARI NEXT Business Type and the Special Discount Plan for schools.

* The Special Promotion details may be different if you apply for a Provider Pack.

• "FLET'S HIKARI" is the general name of "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" and "B FLET'S" (both of which are a type of internet connection service).

• Depending on the status of the NTT EAST facilities etc., you may have to wait to use the services, or you may be unable to use the services.

• In addition to the FLET'S HIKARI contract required to use the internet, a separate contract is required with a provider (separate Monthly Charges apply). Please note that providers are different for each type of service.
• When changing plan from B FLET'S to FLET'S HIKARI NEXT, or to a different type of plan within the FLET'S HIKARI NEXT plans, some services may no longer be able to be used, or used devices may need to be replaced or setup again. Separate Installation Charges will apply.
